I'm sure I remember, I think from MBClub Forum, someone posted a link to a site whereby you could enter a registration and it would give you basic details regarding the vehicle?... Can anyone remember this?...

HERE is far more accurate than RAC's version - IIRC RAC told me that I was driving an Escort with my old Merc.

Totally agree as to its being more accurate the only downside being you need a make of vehicle.

I found the RAC link was useful to check the number of previous keepers, they have since removed that function. Anyone know of any other sites that would give ownership info free?
