there are lots of "very rares" in this ad - but basically he has copied the previous seller's ebay ad.

Always buy that age car on condition - nothing else matters.

That will likely be snapped up by a dealer and he will likely mark it up 100% and you will see it again soon for around 7k in Merc Enthusiast mag.

If you are interested you need to get in quick as it seems a rare genuine car.

Thought something like this might happen as the car seemed very good.
