They forgot to change the seal for the passenger side headlight seems to be full of condensation but otherwise looks a nice car

To be honest i don't see what the fuss is about. This looked like a very poorly looked after, rusty and tatty E55 with one stamp in the service book to show for it's 12 years. So what if it's one owner - if that owner doesn't bother to look after or service it, that seems pretty meaningless.

I'd rather spend a few K less on a well maintained and tidy one with more miles, not something that's been through a body shop for a makeover to make it appear like it's an immaculate example.
