Low speed clunk & slight vibration

I know low speed and an E55 dont normally go together, but when driving slowly if I put the brake on there is a slight clunk from the front right, there is also so steering wheel judder at higher speeds, which I initially put down to wheel balance, but I think the two are related.
Any ideas?

Could be bushes - I had the same on my CLK. Last years MOT had an advisory saying bushes were worn but not so much to fail an MOT (previous owner). 6 month later "clonk" and I had to replace upper and lower arms also!!!

Mine only made a noise if I tapped the breaks hard/suddenly - otherwise smooth braking no noise!
