Just got car back from Indy, they ran a fault report that, following a reset and test run, flagged up the following items. Any help on these would be appreciated!

P0154 - Component Y110 (three-disk thermostat valve) has a short circuit to ground (P0598)
P0406 - Component Y16/2 (Heating system shutoff valve) has a short circuit to ground (P0115)
P0426 - Heating of component G3/6 (Right O2 sensor, after TWC (KAT)): Short circuit to ground (P0037)
P0430 - Heating of component G3/5 (Left O2 sensor, after TWC (KAT)): Short circuit to ground (P0057)
P0442 - Heating of component G3/4 (Right O2 sensor, before TWC (KAT)): Short circuit to ground (P0031)
P0446 - Heating of component G3/3 (Left O2 sensor, before TWC (KAT)): Short circuit to ground (P0051)
P0850 - Y58/1 (Purge control valve): Short circuit to ground / Switchover valve permanently open (P0458)
P1066 - Relay for air pump : Short circuit to ground (P2257)
P1070 - Y32 (Air pump switchover valve) : Short circuit to ground (P0414)
P1186 - Y22/9 (Intake manifold tumble flap switchover valve) : Short circuit to ground (P2009)

Hope this help for whomever ends up in this forum with simular error codes. w204 m272 c280 220.000miles

i have a rough running engine, especially when coasting to lower speeds where the rpm get under 1200 rpm
It also had rough transition climbing in rpm when revving near the 2000->2300 rpm when the intake flaps open up. ( i replaced the tumblerflap actuators two moths prior )

loads of error codes 0030 0031 0037 0050 0051 0057 so basically all the o2 sensors in the exhaust where causing codes + p0444 + p0413 + 0458 Engine was running very rough in low rpm + misfire in cylinder 2 p0302

p0150 p0000

A new thermostat fixed all the o2 exhaust o2sensor codes ( 0030 0031 0037 0050 0051 0057 )

the 0485 was caused by a (*additional*) missing vacuum tube in the throttle body after the mass airflow but before the air inlet valve connectoed to the accelerator pedal system that is also connected to the evap system (* i have a lpg system installed, the lpg cpu witch apperantly also has some vacuum/airhose connection to this part.)

The misfire 0302 was caused by a faulty spark plug, the spark plug did not have vacuum on the coil, and was torn inhalf between the ceramic and the metalbase with treads . it still gave a spark in low rpm and under low stress at rpm under 1500.

The engine temperature dial in the dashboard was working correctly all the time.

The faulty thermostat sensor did not trow a code.

All the upstream and downstream o2 sensors are original and have never been replaced, still working awesome! So dont throw money at new parts that quickly!

I hope this help for all that encounter simular problems!
