Massive stupid exhausts/tail pipes

Anyone remember Top gear used to show each week t poeple who had multiple or massive exhausts on their crappy cars or even decent cars that then look stupid
After seeing quad set up with 4" pipes on a vw passat estate today got me thinking if people still see any around!!

You know there was a Passat estate that had quad pipes as standard (albeit not 4" ones!)? That was the version with the 4 litre W8 engine ... quite rare though, and the one you saw was probably a 1.9 diesel

yeh i thought there was ,,,but no this one had after markets and they just looked in the wrong order as the slightly longer pipe on each side was on the out side and the shorter one on the inside,,,if that makes sense just didnt look rite,,,and also the chrome detailing around the light clusters didnt help!!!

Are you sure that the Passat estate wasn't a W8? They had quad exhausts as standard and were quite a Q car.
