anyone will help me?

When you said its stuck as in first... Do you mean its ok to shift between selections and it only drives on first? If so you possiblly might be in limp mode and problem with fluid level and it dont want to shift.

If your problem is as you cant move shifter between 1st and others and you might have faulty selector, possibly brake switch (but that would rather effect only Park position not 1st gear), or other.

We kinda need better description of whats going on.

I probably needs the gearbox electrical plate as possibly one of the gearbox speed sensors are at fault.

get the fault codes read first.

thank you all.
i resolved problem.

it was ecu error, which was cleaned and it runs like animal :D:D:D:D

it was in limp mode.. i wrote bad. it wasnt stucked in 1st. but tiptronik didnt worked...

Yeah... but if it was in limp mode, that was for a reason. If you cleared codes and bring back to life there is a big chance it will come back again.
