Hello, here are some photos of my W124 300E
First registered here in Germany in Osterode (West Germany) March 1989. Sold in December 89 and registered in Rathenow (by then the former East Germany). Owned by the same family, grandad, father and son until I bought the car in December 2013. Odometer reading 242, 000km not far till I get my 250, 000km badge for the radiator grille!

Originally sold to the director of a transport firm with a personalised number plate. Car spec also included green tinted insulated glass, ASD auto lock diff, sunroof, heated seats, front electric windows, folding front armrest, folding rear headrests, rear speakers and 15 hole alloy wheels.

Since buying the car I have done quite a bit of work. Pleased to say that the old girl got me to the UK and back for xmas, need water pump and a few odds and sods before my summer holidays!

More pics to come. Car is currently on H&R springs and shocks lowered by 35mm before anyone notices. The usual rot spots are present, sills and jack points, but rest of bodywork isnt bad. everything, including the economy gauge, sunroof, all the switchgear. Before this in England I drove a Peugeot 406 hdi 90, bit of a departure but I'm glad I bought my W124.
