MERC build dates

I have the dealer vehicle print out for my new GL and I am trying to decypher when the build date actually was. The car is in the UK now and probably has been for some time, the print out says it is at MB of Blackburn. The 'dates' look more like codes, can anyone shed any light? I also have the VIN which, when decoded, may give more info. (is there a way of understanding what the VIN breaks down into?) The vehicle sheet says:

Option Freeze Date : 11.12.20 (although the photocopy cuts off after these digits)
Requested Production Date : 12.03.20
Expected Delivery Date 1 : 01.04.20
Expected Delivery Date 2 : 15.10.20

You should be able to recover a delivery date from the VIN, but the MBClub Russia VIN site doesn't cover new (2005 and later) vehicles.

If you PM your VIN to somebody who has access to the genuine article (such as, er, me ) we should be able to get your vehicle's datacard.
