Just called in today to buy a brake lamp bulb for my A Class and one of the service manager - ess's, (if you can say that!) spoted me and sugested I ''bring it round''.

They fit the bulb and cleared the fault code - 10 minutes - nice pot of coffee - read EVO mag for a little while - no charge - back at work in less that half an hour.

'Nuff said!

very nice, but the code shouldnt have needed clearing! it clears itself...

Can't fault them myself, the Viano has been there twice, once for service and once for a breakdown.
The Viano wasn't on the service price list so they serviced it for the price of the Vaneo diesel Probably a mistake on their part but no-one complained.
When the starter motor failed recently they definitely went out of the way to get me back on the road quickly. I was expecting all kinds of problems from an uncaring Mercedes dealer but they have always done all they can to help me.
