Mercedes online service system

Hi All,

Just put my details into the online service system to get a quote and it's come up with auto gearbox service due. This was done last year at main dealer and I have print out of this and all other services stating it was done.
Anyone else come across this?

They just forgot to update the service records buddy , a phone call should correct that

I believe the online service only looks at what is due based on age / mileage - it doesnt cross check to the service record

My next service is quoted as an A, despite that being completed in late May....so a B + extras is due next....
