Hello. New member here looking for advice.
My 2007 ,45k miles ML 280 CDI needs about 5 seconds churning to start first thing in the morning. Worse in cold weather. Fine for the rest of the day. Local independent replaced the glowplugs but that must have been a separate fault (the light was staying on ) because the starting problem is still there.
Other posts suggests it might be a fuel line or injector problem or possibly the filter. Any views on what's the most likely cause and cost of fixing it?
Thanks
