Hi,
It appears TFL have come up with another way to screw more money out of motorists
:

This, when the Police felt it necessary to bring only 3 charges last year (though they didn't bring any charges relating to the Blackwall tunnel closure fiasco).
I can understand the need to leave space for cyclists at traffic lights etc. but to get 'nicked' for putting your wheel in a cycle lane (e.g when passing an obstacle) is plainly ridiculous
. This will lead to more congestion and more wasted fuel (which is the usual result for every new road policy which comes out of TFL
).
What about all the cyclists who believe the rules of the road don't apply to them?
Bring on Boris :bannana: :bannana:
Cheers,
