When I started messing with mine, my insurance company at the time (Privilege) were pretty indifferent and charged a negligible amount extra. Most companies are the same from discussions I've had with others. They only moaned when it started to exceed their permitted limits, which were more than a 21% increase in power, so I had to leave them and went with A Plan instead. It's now insured as is, which basically states an increase of over 25% power, and they don't seem bothered about how I get it.

Just get it done, it makes the car a lot smoother and more drivable in my opinion.

Added you to the list. It might be a good idea to contact Acid beforehand (07765 44 44 47) and book the car in for the remap on the day. That way he knows what work he has to allow for.

Yeah the A45 lad isn't on the forum, I've messaged MSL facebook page as we are both getting a remap/dyno's done on the day! Should be a good 130 mile drive home!

Should be a good day! Plenty of dyno action by the sounds of it, Iv'e asked Msl but awaiting the response regarding the map's but does any one know if the A45 map is also £500 inc. dyno?
