Multi CD changer any info please ?????

I have just got my CLK320 convertible 2000 plate and it has a cassette radio but on the front it has a CD button i have been told you can get a multi changer installed that links to this unit, anyone got any info on this, its hard to beleive mercedes were still fitting cassette players in 2000, i dont want my wife getting her Crystal Gale or Sting tapes out so any help please

I guess you have a facelift W208, does you car have the original MB tape?

Other option is : Mercedes Player MP40 - Mercedes Player

Or it is easy enough and alot cheaper just to change the stereo for an aftermarket single cd / radio or a second hand mercedes single cd / radio, you can pick them up on ebay.

I wonder if the 2000 CLK is similar to a 2001 S203 C270? I have an Audio 10 radio/casette in mine, bought the CD multichanger (MC3010 from memory) off eBay for about £70, spent another £30 on the power and laser cables and £50 for a local in car entertainment outfit to fit it.
Search around the web and MB forums to find which CD changer fits your car (and where it fits, some in the glovebox others in the boot) then look on eBay!

Looking at the options it looks easiest to replace with a normal cd player i have seen merc ones on ebay, does anyone know which model fits the CLK320 2000 plate
