multi changer in boot

i have a sony multi changer in the boot

last year it just stopped playing i have tried everything but cant find the fault

iam thinking off putting in new system put would like my disks out this first

anybody got an idea how to get them out

without taking a crow bar to the thing

Usually there's an emergency manual release button somewhere on the unit to allow you to release the cassette. If its a coin in the slot type then you will probably have to remove the unit and remove the casing-- post the exact model number of the multichanger.
