New A Class Delivery Time?

Hi all,

Probably going to order a new A220CDI AMG Sport for my wife to replace her Scirocco.

Her current car is a contract lease and due back on 15th May, just wondered if anyone knew the delivery time to expect? I'm thinking it will likely be 12 weeks.

Going to go contract lease as we've got some really good deals compared to the crazy deposits that the local dealer were asking for.

Anyone got any experience of the new A yet?

Trying to keep the spec low so looking at:

Cirrus White
Night pack
Upgraded Audio 20
DAB

the DCT gearbox is standard which is nice.

Hi I oerder my new A Class 29/12/2012 and the expected delivery date is 31/3/2013.
Saying that the dealer said it might be as long as mid April.

Anyone had new timescales to update everyone. I just ordered mine and have not been given much if a date yet

There is evidently unprecedented demand leading to Mercedes farming out some production to Valmet in Finland. I'm sorry I don't know where RHD cars for the British market are made whether its Rastatt Germany or Kecskemét in Hungary
