hey guys i have a 2003 w203 c180 kompressor.. i currently have 17" OZ hydra wheels under it but am thinkin about c63 amg 5spoke wheels.. will this do damage to the car if i put the 18" under it with a 40 tyre? cheers

You will need a 225/40/18 on the front and 255/35/18 on the rear, i think that's the max for W203 without causing rubbing on the arches.
