New brake discs wont fit.

petrol pete i scrubed that off looking at the gap its just too small for the disc . . Looking again it looks like a rear caliper .This guy should never have started this job .I cant even visualise the calipers
He’s learned a lot from this thread, now has the part number and, judging by his other project, has the capability - he’ll do fine. I think we need to stop confusing the issue, it reached a satisfactory conclusion some time back.

If he'd had been sent the correct discs , he'd of had the job done .
 
Well the diamiter wont change the thickness of the disc .I think we will see poster back sooner than you think .
In addition to being smaller in diameter the correct discs are thinner.
Next imaginary complication ……?
