New C63 Coupe Arrived!

After 3 months plus waiting my new car arrived just after 12.30pm. I opted to allow MB Exeter to deliver the car to my house in Nottingham as I am too busy to collect it.

The MB driver was really nice, knowledgeable and did a good handover. He pointed on his average speed, mpg (24) and the distance driven so I was confident that he hadn't caned it!

First impressions.... WOW :bannana:

it's truely bonkers!

Actually it feels like a completely different car than my previous C350, nothing really feels the same, acclerator, steering, braking, handling all feel amazing making my C350 feel pretty lame in comparison.

I am really impressed by the amount of standard equipment and the interior.

I've done about 30 miles already and it's awesome, I cannot for the life of me work out how I am going to drive calmly everywhere as the noise is so addictive. I've been pretty good so far and had a little blast in S+ up to 85 leptons changing at 4500rpm - and even limiting to 4500 the accleration is awesome!

The ride is quite hard which I expected especially on 19"s but not nearly as hard as our previous BMW 335d Coupe on 19's.

I have got one initial question - how do I turn off the stupid v.annoying speed limit indicator?

Very nice, I do like the alloys. Probably the only thing I do miss on mine. Great interior colour which is the same as mine. Porcelain with black.

I did see a red C63 at Silverstone on Sunday which was identical to mine but had black leather all round and have to say the paler interior just looks better.

The speed limit thing annoyed me too so that got turned off on mine...can't remember how it's done but it is in the manual.

If you're talking about "speed limit assist", use the left/right arrows on the left side of the steering wheel to scroll to the "Assist" menu. Click OK. Scroll up/down to the speed limit assist option. Click OK to deactivate it.

Looks great Moff love the interior and the non Chav wheels, I find the sound of the V8 and the low range shove addictive too. Very different to our old S2000s

It really is a dream car, feel very lucky today!

Yes, it is Polar white. I had been thinking about Diamond White, but I do prefer the solid, 4th white car in a row - must be mad!

I love the wheels, always look better in the flesh than in pictures as the titanium colour doesn't show. They really are beautiful, best looking alloys I've had.

I quite like the black ones, but feel that they don't look like they fill the arches, not a fan of matt black and think they are a joke at £1550.

I've been itching for an excuse to go out in it, even popped into the garage to check out the intelligent lighting hahaha

Will be keeping a look out for folks on here so give me a flash if you see me

fantastic looking car! Really like the seats. I've always thought that I'd get a light colour interior in my next car but always chicken out in the end. Seeing yours I wish I'd held my nerve.

I get so bored with dull interior... the fake leather in the C350 was awful.

I was hankering after red leather, but had it twice before and I was really impressed with the Porcelain when I saw it on a new CLS.

Sand is also a big favourite of mine too!
