New car prices increase

The articles says that Ford sales have to increase almost immediately otherwise job cuts will follow.

So what do they do?

Put prices up.

Well they need to sell any stock they have at the moment to bring cash back into the business, then ideally make any future cars to order, be that at this price or a higher price.

One complex issue......Which will be more interesting as time goes on. How much more technology and parts will BMW and Mercedes start sharing.
