Legitimate complaints are always worth listening to, and dealing with, but plenty of the complaints about me tend to be nonsense from loonies.

I could spend all my time trying to placate the crackpots, or I could spend it looking after the proper people, which is a better for business?

Try replying to the emails addressed to Euromerc and you probably wouldnt have to wash you laundry in a public mercedes forum.

Kind regards a loonie crackpot who only wanted to spend money with you.

Not Again !!!
I would suggest that someome in admin closes this thread before it gets out of hand like last time

Whilst everyone is entitled to their opinion, I have found this thread very entertaining, let it run, Nicks been through all this stuff before and used to it, as he says he will lose no sleep over it all. That said, but I would not order anything from him, lifes full of too much grief and aggravation already, don,t need any more, however hit and miss it may be.

Calling customer loonies...NICE touch.

Some of them are crackers, proper nutters.

And what is this link supposed to represent???

It's the label you stick on at the PO for customs.

Like your thoughts, or way of communication it is unfinished, unarticulated, non-existent and does not take you anywhere. It is much better for you to get back to your cave... your comments represent just more embarrassment.

You demanded my attention here, now when it's not quite going to plan, you want me to go away?

You don't divide customers on small and big ones because you never know who is going to buy and what. I can guarantee you one thing: in your case, you will end up in a middle of your garage based business with no customers. That is inevitable regardless what your price is. I am also glad that you are not checking this website....LOL

The forum's got a bit boring recently, to be honest, perhaps it's summer and everyone's away, but from being unmissable reading it's gone a bit dull.

Still at least you an I are here slugging it out to liven things up a bit.

No Nick, on the contrary please don't go away. More you post, more people know about you, your practices and opinion about customers. I wished I googled you before I made a purchase. Feeding Google search with your name and comments was part of my original intent and I thank you for that.

What I'm trying to explain is that in some cases you can't win, some people are impossible to please, sadly.

It's not how you deal with the customers where everything has gone to plan. It's how you deal with the transactions which have not gone smoothly. It's here you have the opportunity to convert a customer for life, rather loose them, and the ten other people they tell.

In my own business not everything goes smoothly. If I treated those customers who I had let down with the respect that you seem to, it would have no future. Instead by being upfront, keeping them informed and sorting the issue out they come back again.

The appearance from the outside is that when it goes wrong to get acknowledgement from you someone has to post here. It may be incorrect, but to me, at least that is how it appears.

A quick search on Google reveals that you have far more than your fair share of unhappy customers.

And your "do what you like attitude" has ensured that 100's of MB enthusiasts on here who may have given you the benefit of the doubt now won't risk buying a thing from you.

Getting exasperated with people who you've had dealings with is one thing. Alienating a great many more that you haven't yet dealt with is quite another.

Nice bloke you are aren't you ?

Got to stick up for Nick here , whenever i need something , i have had no problem getting it , in a timely fashion and at a good price . But once i have asked for something , i don't bombard him with emails and telephone calls.

Could i respectfully sugest that if you want next day delivery , to shop at a dealership in future ( and pay full price ) .

Perhaps you need to review your attitude , seems extremely aggressive ? In my experience , aggressive people get no customer service , i'm amazed that Nick even spoke to you if you are like this on the phone.

Some of the screams I can understand, and yes sometimes things don't always go to plan, but OP's been on the phone and and knows exactly what's happeneing/happaned, this is more about revenge(for what??), it would seem:

How would you deal with him?

Lasic, you need to chill man..

Obviously you ordered some minor item.. it didnt turn up and Nick didnt lay down the red carpet treatment for you...

Ive lost count of the amount of times I order things off the net and then they either dont turn up or arent as expected... If they are cheap items i normally just forget about it... If they are significant I either return them or get a refund...

You got your refund before you even posted, what more do you want!?

Nick has plenty of large and loyal customers, most of them do not visit internet forums, id be surprised if they even knew what google was...

You are only making yourself look like a typical keyboard warrior (going to Mercedes?!!!! influencing google searches)... relax, there are more important things in life - you have made your point...

It's a label you stick on at the post office (ftp://ftp.royalmail.com/Downloads/pu...tf/rm/cn22.pdf), no need to get customs clearance for a bumper grille.

You should calm down :thumb: You might well live in a cave, i can assure you Nick does not.At the moment you are becoming an embarrassment. You really must stop wittering on. It's inarticulated not "unarticulated, that's what happens when you loose your  Have a nice day.

See "vocal minority"

I'll take the risk.

The normal ones on here will keep shopping, the fruitloops will go else where.

Happydays!

You make a good point about the OP. It is certainly a mercenary approach. Either he is a most peculiar individual or very upset.

Please do not misunderstand me. I have no axe to grind and actually would like to order some parts from you. But it's a tough decision to do this, given the various posts that are on the Internet. It's hard enough to get good service, without putting myself in the firing line to order from someone who does not have the best reviews ever. The posts from Howard and Alfie for instance do give some balance which has not always been so apparent.

If I am like what? What did you find in my comments that was aggressive and showed wrong attitude. Fact that I expected service for the money? Or fact that I decided not to remain silent about this medieval time type business? Please give me an example.
Calling customers loonies, crackers, nutters and fruitloops is not aggressive and wrong?

Hi Dan, take a chill pill man  what time is it in Charlotte NC
do you ever get to the motor speedway to watch the NASCAR :thumb:

Is it me or does anyone else think this thread has reached the end of the line?

Hmmmm. Thanks for your tip: English is my 4th language, but from what I remember from school, both inarticulated and unarticulated are proper and have the same meaning.

David - I use Nick a fair amount... I can honestly say that 95% of the time he is spot on... he sometimes needs chasing but he is a one man band at the moment..
and to be honest, the number of times he has had certain parts to get me out of a tight spot, I can cut him some slack when needs be.
He has thousands upon thousands of parts... he is alone and he can only afford to keep his prices down as he does not have secretarys to answer the phones and warehouse staff to sort and pack every part....

so not every transaction will be perfect..
If you need day to day consumable parts urgently, then just use the dealer..

One things for sure... he is a lot more reliable than the likes of Dronsfields...
