Northumbria police speeding clamp down

Not trying to encourage speeding however i know how easy it is to get carried away on open roads. If anyone is travelling up towards the north east in the coming week this may be of interest. I've seen a lot more camera vans and police cars patrolling already.

A lovely police motorcyclist motioned for me to slow down in Somerset on Saturday.
A quick wave to acknowledge my over enthusiastic right foot and thanks and we both carried on our way.

Usually get something for us Motorcyclists this time of year anyway. Mainly because after 6 months off the bike people think they can jump straight back on and ride like Rossi.
