Not MB...Intercooler Pipe keeps blowing off.

Guys...you have both been of help.....I'm going to try some new clips which I have had on order and see if that helps in the first instance.

Then get it checked for over boost if the pipe is still blowing off and if that checks out and its still blowing the bottom pipe, I thinks I may resort to self tapping screws to hold the pipe onto the intercooler!!!!!!...LOL....although the more I think about it the more I like it!!

You would need a huge amount of extyra boost to blow off a well fitted pipe, especially when it isn't under constant load.

When fitting rubber pipes for water, boost, lines etc then make sure the inside of the pipe and outside of the stub pipe are clean and dry, then spray Hairspray onto the stub and inside of the rubber pipe, it acts as a lubricant and then when it evaporates acts as a glue.
