I'm sure I read somewhere on this forum that someone had modified the sump on a smart so that the oil could be drained in the traditional way.

Oil Extractor

Hello, i recently purchased an oil extractor from Screwfix, used it the other day and found it to be good quality and easy to use. Here is the link - Laser Fluid Extractor - Screwfix.com, Where the Trade Buys

It also had a `Laser Tools` sticker on the side of the box and `Laser Tools` on the instructions.

I've used the Pela pump on an A class, lawn mowers etc (!) v.good bit of kit.
