Our New Car

Looks lovely that. Nice colour combination on the outside along with the interior. :)

Lovely looking car.

Not a criticism, but does anyone know why MB ruche the leather on the door cards?

That looks nice, nice colour combination, although I don't know why there are so many people criticising 18 inch wheels, I understand if you have poor roads where you are going for 16's or 17's, perhaps it's because my R230 had 18's fitted when I bought it that I know no different but they seem fine to me, now my previous S4 was harsh on 18's. :)

Looks excellent! Well done!

That era of mercedes and BMW they loved a bit of ruche! I like it.. rather than the flat stuck on plastic or leather today.

Nice car, they are unbelievable VFM now.

I wish mine had xenons!

Heated seats are a faff but doable. I fitted them to mine using OE buttons/loom and britpart pads. I took a bunch of photos, feel free to ping a message if you decide to attempt it

VFM? What does this mean? (very fine motors?) ;)

Comand UK retrofitted mine, but yes it's doable DIY if you have the time, space, and skills... sadly I had none of these :)

Very nice indeed, I've no regrets buying my V6 diesel clk, always look forward to jumping in for a drive. Enjoy

MB system can be done for around £140

£60 harness from Merc
£30 - switch pack from eBay
£50 - good set of carbon pads

Thing is, I'm not sure I can be bothered with ripping out the seats. And I'm certainly not paying someone else to do it. Mrs Edd1968 drove it for the first time yesterday and to work today and wasn't missing the heated seats of her A210 that much.
We'll see how she goes with it. For now it's just lovely, elegant and it makes you feel special when you drive it.
My A210 just makes me feel like a youthful yob again!! ;)

Quite impressed with this little bluetooth device sitting neatly in the top compartment of the centre console. It reminds me of my old Nokia. It's paired up with our smartphones which is good. I thought given the 13 year old technology we'd struggle there so that's a bonus....IMG_20181224_194813.jpg I've seen what they cost new which is nuts!

What a great looking car/colour combination.

Apologies if I missed it? Where is the location as it’s also stunning looking scenery.
