Passenger seat controls and operation??

Hi guys
Have a 2005 CL500-
Can anyone tell me how to remove and refit the control facia for the passenger seat controls. Mine seems to have worked loose and the vibration rattle from it is driving me nuts. But I dont want to force it off in case I break a fitting/fixing.

Also when anyone tilts the seat forward the whole seat assemble electrically moves foward ok to assist getting into the back of the car. Problem is that it never seems to go far enough foward and I always end up having to move further forward with the seat controls. Is there a way of setting the forward position I want the whole seat assembly to move to when passenger tilts the seat forward. ?? thanks

If it helps any one Ive found out how to fix the seat control facia in the door. If you look deep into the door vent you will see a single screw. Carefully release that screw but ensure you retain it so it doesnt fall into the door insides. Remover the vent cover and then there is a slider locking device to either release or secure the facia panel.
Reverse to put it all back.
Hope someone finds this useful -- Still no info wrt the seat forward motion limits??
