Playing iPad though Bose stereo in s class

Yes , that's the exact same one I bought.

Some of the others only have five or so frequencies programmed in , so if none of them work , you're stuffed. That one you can search by .1 increments.

Best frequencies with no bleed in my area appear to be 87.6 and 90.6 , everything else seems too near to a station and you get bits of both.

Figuring out how to get the comand to search actual frequencies rather than stations was a bit of a faff as I've lost the comand manual lol

On my old S-Class if you pressed the hash key when the COMAND was in radio mode the display went to __._ and you could type a frequency in.

You have comand 2.5 but can easily retrofit comand 2.0 which is the widescreen unit with the CD slot visible above the screen. (Don't confuse this with the similar later DVD type command that is not such an easy fit.

If you retrofit the Comand 2.0 then it has the function of an aux in connector because it doesn't have a cassette deck taking up the input.

You can also add an oem TV tuner to your current system if you don't have one already. This will give you 2 aux inputs.

Both will exceed the sound quality of the tape adapter by a long way!

Interesting I will look it to that have you done a retrofit on one your self ?
