pollen and other filters

hello,can anyone tell me if my w211,2002,270cdi has pollen or any other type of filter inside the car.....apart from the one in the engine compartment,,,,,,,,,,,thanks tony,,and how to change them

Friendly and helpful as usual!

You must have got out of the right side of bed today i think.

Pop the hood, look on the passenger side right below the windscreen and there is a little black box with a 10mm plastic nut behind the washer bottle i think. The filter just wedges in that box. Pretty straight forward. Thats your normal pollen filter.

Im not 100% but i think only w211's with 4 zone climate control may have separate charcoal filters under dash on passenger side.
