poor customer service rant

I ordered some coloured pads for my CLK which arrived a week late.
the wear wire is different but the pads are the same.
rang them on Saturday and was advised they were closed and that i should leave a message on their answer phone for BOB...!?

forgoten about it until today (wednesday) and have just called them to ask why they havent returned my call and find out my options...

young chap said the answer phone shouldn't work on saturdays...no appology.
and they want another £30 for the part.

theres nothing on their website that implied these hidden costs, and no doubt i'm going to incur the shipping costs.

im livid!

what to do? any recommendations for pads? clk 320 cdi brembos?

Why dont you just get the correct wear wire from your local motor factors for a couple of quid.
