Position of the ESP Yaw Sensor on My 01 C270.

Hi All,

Does anyone know the position of the yaw sensor on my '01 C270 CDi.

Is says in the Haynes Manual that it's over the rear axle- I've had the rear seat out and can see nothing. In the boot there is a panel behind and beneath the back seat-the fixings look very secure although it may be in there.
I've been told to look under the front seat seats. Any Ideas?
