Pretty urgent help req.

1999 E300 TD estate (w210?)
It may not sound that urgent but coming home in the rain lastnight my front wipers failed.
Luckily I was not to far from home but I need to use the car today for a longish trip and don't fancy banking on it staying dry.

Can anybody point me in the direction of an online diagram so I can see how it all goes together (I can still hear the motor running) I can move the blade across the screen with little resistance so I think it's a linkage problem.

This should only be the top nut lose on the spline of the motor.

I need to remove the wiper head that that article shows how to grease.

One word of warning do keep the wiper blade off the glass by lifting forward and opening the bonnet when doing adjustments

The top ball has broken, so you are stuck till Monday, I believe they cost around £30
