The towing eye could be cut off and either the same or a better item could be welded to another part of the chassis, probably in the centre somewhere.
Meanwhile I colour-coded the rubbing strips and tucked the exhausts into the lower valance strips. Looks slightly neater.

Nice work, still a no from me though! Dont like being ablee to see the silencer boxes under the tips, and oval's just dont look right. I'm having a custom exhaust added in the next few months and am purposely keeping it hidden, as i think the back of the W202 looks better stealth than anything, even the C36/C43 dual-square tips!

The chap that had it done on this forum, if I remember rightly, had it done at Longlife Exhausts in Hayes, Middlesex.
The pipe splits at the rear to form the quad exhaust. So the quad only starts at the back of the car.

I think quad square pipes will be the 'look' that wont look wrong... if u know what i mean.
Its the main reason i salvaged a c36 rear box rather than the c43 rear box, i think w202's are square and old skool, hence why the square tips suit alot better.

Agreed....hence the reason as to I went with the C36 box. It looks a bit more aggresive and suits the squarish shape of the car.

you could get rid of the tow bar no one will ever tow another car with an AMG brings the class down
I was talking about the tow eye, the hook which tow trucks etc use if you break down/drive into a ditch.
