r129 alarm light on mirror - replacement

hi

when I lock the R129 the red light no longer flashes to indicate the car is being alarmed (alarm works fine btw) , the green one works fine when unlocking the car.

I took the mirror and the alarm IR housing apart and found this tiny bulb (6mm from top to bottom and about 2 or 3mm wide) looking a bit burned out. The actual connector also does not look great but I think it is just the bulb that is gone

Any idea where you can get one of these? MB are quoting silly money to replace the entire section. All I need is a new bulb

Try maplins if near by or online bulb outlet

Somehow I am not able to find this bulb at all. I am not sure what type of bulb it is which makes it harder to search for. Also not sure if the original in the picture is damaged and or how many watts it is. The one that is working looks okay so maybe I can find some details on the bulb itself or....

Perhaps easier to get this Mercedes W210 Rear View Mirror 94 95 96 97 E300 E320 E420 210 810 06 17 Gray | eBay and then use the parts to fix mine?

It is for a different car but looks identical to what I have
