R129 plastic in gearbox sump

Yet another thread on my pride and joy.

Done an oil and filter change at the weekend in my sl320 as it wouldn't change up gear when you drive. Stays in first gear. This has only happened after I sheared a half shaft, anyone know what these small white plastic pieces are that I found in the pan? Or anyone know the best way forward? Any help would be greatly appreciated

That box had plastic actuating pistons I think.
