Rear fender lip rolling

Can anyone recomend someone who can roll the lips on my rear fenders?

i believe they use a roller and heat the area so the paint doesnt crack whilst its getting rolled...

would a normal body shop usually do this?

Abit closer than Yorkshire, just google it for their address and number, but remember that they just recently changed premises and are now NOT on Pump Lane but somewhere else in Hayes!
