I would still consider going for alloy wheels, I know you've asked for advice and many have said stick with the steels...

I have spent a large part of my life looking at wheels, that looks nice,Oh they are great, then at the last minute backed out. You see so many cars on these forums and the eyes are drawn to the incorrect wheels.

just take your time and keep looking and thinking, maybe something will just click, I am so pleased on my own cars that I have stuck with the wheels made for them standard or option as they always look OK

No doubt a very proffesional job and very worth it, looks alot better now. Perhaps facelift rear light clusters may be a future thought if not already. Theres ALOT on ebay for cheap so worth checking out

:bannana: This is the work of a very clever person using Photoshop and this is the work of the paint shop using real paint

I am very, very pleased with the result. The paintwork comes with a no quibble six year warranty??? The side windows, rear windows and all doors, and the bonnet were sprayed seperately. The underside of the bonnet is in the new paint, but the engine bay itself is still red, but that is my only observation.

Very impressed.

Was Unit504's attempt close or what?

Thanks everyone for all the excellent advice and now I need to think about the wheels? Keep the steels or get new wheels??

I'll speak nicely to The Boss and see if I can get the van moved to allow a decent side profile And it would be great if you could fit the following.

If I fit any replacement wheel, then it wheel be this one or to be more exact the one on the right

The left-hand wheel is for the Vito.

I know you are keen on the OE M-B alloys, but IMO these look quite good:

They are a direct replacement for the steel rims too, so you can simply transfer the tyres.

Yup with chrome star centre caps they'd look pretty good, IMO. Must be a reasonable chance that they'd fit.

I'm not personally very keen on the M-B Sprinter alloys (or the mk 1 Vito ones, for that matter). Purely down to individual taste though.
