Run car on water ???

I'm hoping to go eco-friendly and run my car on the love of baby rabbits and the smile of the sun - more realistic than running it on water!

I heard that sea water is better, with some sea weed added to the mix, More BHP with the chemicals ?

Seaweed in the fuel?
Perhaps take that water and seaweed - get rid of the water and crush the seaweed under great pressure over millions of years until it turns into a gloopy liquid. The gloopy liquid can then be refined into a lighter liquid that we could put into our cars at great expense. Best to put that gloopy stuff underground preferably in volatile areas of the world so that we can be held to ransom by these areas and pressured into supporting these strange regimes or conned by our political leaders into invading some of these countries under false pretenses just to get at the gloopy stuff.

So thats why petrol is so cheap right now - and its only cost tens of billions of dollars and hundreds of lives!

I also heard that adding Cod or herring give a better burn rate in a good compression ratio,

Water injection kits (not the same as above) have been around for a while and are well proven.
