s211 transmission oi change

I'm guessing that there isnt a offical mileage for a Autobox fluid change, and Mercedes say they are sealed for life.

What mileage do you peeps change the transmision oil on a auto 211?

Also what way is best drain then refil over a period of time? or flush it completley?
