Just had the SAGA renewal for the SL, I was on the 3 year fixed price of £246 with £150 xs this years came in at £288 with £500. After lengthy discussions with them they agreed to a £40 loyalty discount and reducing the total excess to £400 (-100 voluntary excess) for a total premium of £249 again fixed for 3 years.
Really pleased with the outcome

If it’s a non fault claim it doesn’t make a difference. Some wrote off our fantastic old Octavia Scout a few years ago and it didn’t make a difference. We got a good settlement figure and quick payout.
It’s worth noting that that the policy included key cover up to £2500.
