No, because an A service is circa £300
Click on additional items for the breakdown on what’s due and price
omg I could kiss you! I didn't see the additional items it had automatically added on, you're right it's dropped to £300 odd. Phew!
Dear god all of those seem expensive to me, it I were you I would be looking at a good indi for more reasonable costs.Attached

although maybe I am detached from reality, since it only costs the price of fluids&parts as I do most things myself.
They are! Mercedes want everyone to be paying monthly for their cars, maintenance, etc.Nope, you're right, they're insane. Even the A service itself is bad enough- £300 for an oil and filter change. Jeepers!
I'm convinced these prices are just done to make ServiceCare look like it's a good deal.
Brake fluid is scheduled with a B service, so may have missed that in previous schedules, or it's been done but not recorded.
Correct.Brake fluid isn’t exclusive to a B service
Don’t skimp on those additional, they’re due for a reason
If the price is too much then perhaps think about a Mercedes service plan, works out cheaper across a few years and everything is included (+ breakdown cover)
If not, find a reputable independent and tell them what you need doing and what’s due. The number following service A/B should tell you the additional stuff
As these service costs are widely available before the car is purchased, I am surprised at the number of owners of feign shock when they get to the first service..
You were really unlucky. When I see your name I always thing ServicePlus!I'm going back a bit, but I did this before getting my car. The dealer regaled me with great lists of work and costs and I had serious second thoughts about getting the car.
I bought the old ServicePlus package, at quite signficant cost. I'd visit the dealer and be regaled with great lists of work, to which I'd eagerly nod. Then they'd ask how I'd be paying and I'd say "ServicePlus" and the service advisor would visibly slump. Remarkably it would turn out that none of that work was needed, just an oil change and a quick wipeover. One time I'd only just got back home and they rang to say the car was ready!
