You do realis the Sevice Plus will not cover parts that were not fitted to the car when it left the factory (0r dealer on first sale)?

Plus any of those mods you have made could jepodise any components that are covered if MB or dealer believe the mod (excluding oficial MB retrofits / mods carried out using genuine MBparts) adversely affected said part....

Yes. Guess thats why the Service Manager has asked to see when my car goes in for its first MOT in September regarding the many new additions to my car. To be honest i'm not really bothered what they cover and what they don't as most of the work i had done was a lot cheaper than MB anyway, and if its anything like the original quote they gave me for the paddle shift mod I am not surprised that they are loosing business and service customers.

The Service Advisor told me there was a 10% leniancy built in, so worth throwing that in Pammy when discussing with Service Plus or MB.
