Sky + is my box b*gg*red?

Mine wasn't HD so I'm not affected - but thanks for the Heads Up...
 
Antharro, David has it exactly. (Surprised it came out that quickly) - It IS a problem with the internal cabling.
The big thing, if you have an issue, is to insist that you have a new unit, not a refurbished.
You can also specify which make, if he/she has that make on the van.
 
Thanks for the info. I actually have a relative who is onto their third HD box within six months due to various problems. I still have an old Amstrad Sky+ box in my office that works mostly fine and a newer Sky+ box in the kitchen, never looked at who makes that one...
