SL55 cost of repair

Hi, I'm new here and I need some opinions on whether the cost of servicing my SL55 was reasonable. I had 3 main works done on it.

1. Gearbox conductor plate changed and serviced.
2. Both rear window regulators refitted and drains unblocked.
3. Front lower ball joints and both lower spring link bushes replaced.

The parts and labour totalled £1,675 plus VAT.

Does this seem reasonable? Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Seems ok to me - this is an AMG after all

Gearbox electrical plate is a common problem on many Mercs ... that cost me £370 all-in, five years ago though. Can't really comment on the other jobs, wouldn't have thought any of the parts mentioned were AMG specific though.

there are a few decent independents on this forum who may be able to tell you if you got a reasonable deal.
If it was carried out by a main dealer you might find them a little heavy on your wallet.
The name of the game is to find a decent independent who really knows what he is doing for STAR diagnosis and Merc specific work together with a good local garage for the routine stuff.
If you dont, your wallet could be well raided - just my view
