SLK320 (R170) : The cover on the front console ashtray is broken. It still clips in place OK to slide the ashtray in and out but comes away when dropping forward to use the coinhoder, due to its snapped-off plastic hinge.
1. Does anyone have any advice on where to get a replacement ashtray inc cover, or will I have to order from a Mercedes dealer ?
2. When I get the ashtray, how simple is it to remove whatever cover trim is on there, and replace with the Wood Veneer that is currently stuck to the existing ashtray cover ?
Any advice would be welcomed !
