small dent removal

i have two small car park dings in an otherwise perfect bodywork, at the risk of appearing foolish has anyone tried one of these diy dent removal systems or will they do more damage than i already have?

I would be interested to hear more about a DIY dent removal system. Is there an internet site that shows the technique?.

Otherwise, surely using a local firm that undertake this task and provide some sort of guarantee would be a better option. Chips Away is one company I have heard of; there must be others.
