2002 e 320 cdi
Hi all, I have 2002 E320 cdi [210].
Im in the market for a fault code reader. Does anybody have experience of using a bluetooth obd socket unit and android smart phone app? Any thoughts or recommendations ?
Thank you

The Torque app from the Google Play store is very well thought of , customisable and easy to use, any ELM327 Bluetooth OBD adapter will work with this app.
Be aware though that full support for diesels under OBD2 did not come in until 2004 so MB may not have enabled some features.

So I downloaded torque and bought a £10 obd bluetooth adapter off ebay. Poked around under dash and was not able to find the obd ii socket. Did some googling and it seems on this model the diagnostics are read through a 38 pin connector.right?

I see 38 pin to obd ii adapters are available. is it overly optimiatic to suppose I could use such an adapter to connect the bluetooth sender and get torque working??
