Satellite navigation with tailback avoidance, the option of GPS fixed camera warning, Tracker system.

Unit is £499, then annual subs or pay as you go...

Demo here

If I add up the cost of Comand (Dynamic Routing still not up and running), OBi, and Tracker Horizon...this looks like a pretty good deal

Hmm. Maybe its ugly.

I don't think you see anything other than one button, there's no map display.

I didn't like the idea of no map or having to call up everytime I wanted to set a jouney, but it does look interesting.

Would the command unit sit in any car (assuming you had the space in centre console for it)?

ie - if I took out my stero and removed the ash tray would it fit?

Guy, TMC is now available for COMAND in the UK, which might be cheaper!

Maff,

Can you tell me where from? Can't find it on the teleatlas site.

Cheers

One of the members of this forum has comand in a w201! :)

Unfortunately the w124 dash is quite narrow below the headunit, I don't think it would fit without some major modifications.
