Squeaking drivers seat

Hi all

I have a CLK320 Avantgarde (V reg) and the drivers seat base constantly squeaks...
When i bought the car the previous owner was a bit on the large side so i presume it was caused by the pressure he was applying on the seat... i can also confirm this by the threading that has come away from the left sshoulder side of the seat.

Please can you advise on best ways of fixing the following problems:

Squeaking base
re stitching seat

your views will be much appreciated.

Sorry... stitching has come away from the right shoulder part of the leather seat...
Seems like he leaned on the shoulder part of the seat to gert out of the car.. hence the reason for the sean to split and come away...
