Hey all my brake lines look like they have seen better days, so thought might as well change them when I get the fluid changed.

Should I be looking at stainless steel brake lines, or just go for stock ones? If stock are the ones from ECP ok?

Don't think you really need stainless lines unless you are doing track days, but they do look better:cool:
Don't see why ECP hoses shouldn't do the job.
My branch has braided Goodridge hoses on display so I'd be tempted by those just looking at them:D

Much more feel with stainless and less spongy. A big difference since I had them on the CL.

That's exactly the type of stuff ive read upto now on SS lines, some people say it makes no difference, others say it does. Heh.

I did have them on a previous car, but I also changed the discs and had different pads fitted, so its impossible to say if it was the lines that firmed the pedal up.

Think ill probably get some for what they cost.

Where the best place to get them from? Goodridge have lots of different websites it would seem?

Check with your insurance company, some may refuse to cover braided hoses. Direct Line from my experience...
